No it is not.Adyar cannot press anyone for Theosophycal teaching means
freedom.They only can advise in a certain way of importance.
I have seen the old list and the new one and I think 
this subject is a part of one of the books.
Because I remember I have read it.
The only things taken away from his site are:
Jainism
Shri Ramacharya
Both from Annie Besant.
All others still are there.
But also the book of he seven religions written by Annie, I personally
have is out of any press.
