Yes, it was surprising to me.
I was sure that he has it but I had to find other link.
The file which I've made and which Anand had was scanned from the 
latest printing but I don't know whether is that which Singapore Lodge 
has online the same. Maybe it is from the original printing.

As for the site
http://ftp1.dns-systems.net/~hpb/books/ it also contains some other 
titles unavailable elsewhere.
