last five decades. I have only seen two copies in my life. One gets
the feeling that there was a well organized systematic concerted
effort to keep it off the hands of theosophists for years and years
and it succeeded. Finally Internet and a volunteer has made it
available to the public around the world for free access. It is very
interesting reading for anyone interested in the history of
theosophy/theosophical society. Enjoy reading it if you have not done
