After what he wrote about C.W. Leadbeater it is not surprising that 
U.L.T. is not enthusiastic in helping him to write similar book about 
R. Crosbie!
It is United lodge of theosophists, not of mazochists, so it probably 
won't help him to shower the buchets of dirt on their own heads.
Instead they'd better to write their own book about him under the 
title, for instance, "Unfriendly theosopher".
