Re: Theos-World was promotion of Krishnamurti's teaching a big mistake

You are right. I have also seen the evidence of discounting anything
relating to K, especially in the USA especially those who have some vested
interest in the TS organization. It is generally not even whispered, but
unspoken "discrimination". May be the WT they were expecting was someone
from the West.

This reminds me of the joke I recently read. It goes like this. Pope dies
and was met by Peter at the entrance to the heaven. Peter asks Pope if there
is any wish before he is sent to heaven. Pope told Peter he wants to visit
the Lord. Peter discouraged Pope in visiting the Lord telling him it is a
very sensitive issue and he would discourage Pope from visiting the Lord.
Pope was insistent that he should see the Lord before he goes to heaven for
good. Peter gave directions to visit the Lord. Pope was overjoyed in the
expectation of meeting the Lord, as anyone else would be. Peter told Pope he
sould come back to him so that he can give directions to enter the heaven.
After 15 minutes Pope returned after visiting with the Lord and Pope was
more like a ghost. Peter asked him what happened. Pope replied -- "She is a
black." That said everything.
