Daniel,
I have no access to my library from where I write now.
I have read this in the standard literature, otherwise I would not know it.
When HPB wrote about Judge and Besant as her successor she meant her 
exoteric as esoteric posts.
Is any document known that HPB wanted Besant as a teacher in the E.S.?
Should Besant not succeed her as President of the Blavatsky Lodge and 
European Section?
Are these posts exoteric or not?

I wonder whether you seem not to agree with me on this point.
