Surprised that Kessinger did it!  Ditto on the copyrights.  99% of it
 is stuff with no commerical value, and unpublishable with profit, yet
no one can use it because of the bogus copyrights.  Others,
descendents with copyrights of fathers and grand fathers and great
grandfathers, just use their rights to feel important, and threaten
people who want to digitally make it available for free
