Yeah, usually old Theosophists die, and no one wants the papers and
books. I run across references to old books and reviews, especially
related fiction, and have never heard of it. Sinnett's wife published
several books for instance. About 10 years back I found a theosophist
who'd passed, his book collection in a used book store, or part of it
and wound up with a lot of Eastern literature I wouldn't have had
otherwise. Wood's book "Is this Theosophy?" would be a good one.
