The best work you can get on Apollonius of Tyana is attributed to
Philostratus. These books are in two volumes. My copies are from
Harvard University Press, England. ISBN 0-674-99018-8
According to Blavatsky, Apollonius became an Adept while staying with
a group of Adepts in the Himalayas. And this is obvious when you read
the books. These books are among the best that we have.

I often wondered why Apollonius hardly gets a mention by theosophists.
