Thanks for the info.

In this day and age of Internet, I wonder how many hard copies would be sold
at $28.00 for a paperback edition.  I hope someday in the near future Quest
may put it on-line for everyone's use. Traditionally since some are so
caught up in the copyright rights issue, it is also quite possible that it
may take a formal request/suggestion from one of the Adepts beyond Himalayas
before it makes to cyberspace.

Also since the original was published long time ago, they are out of
copyright. May be it is available in the cyberspace for free download.
Anyone has any info?
