All,
 Not trying to be a spoils sport or anything but I seem to recall that most 
Chronicles of the Kali Yug date it's beginning with the death of Krisna at 3104 
BC (I don't recall a specific day/month date). I never read that particular 
Borborka work. 

  Chuck is that the same Monroe that founded the Monroe Institute on past 
life studies? What pray tell is "INSPEC's"?
