Thanks Marie for quoting Annie Besant's words which read:

"On February 17th, 1847, there was born into the world a baby form, 
which was to be the physical encasement of the ego we called in that 
encasement Charles W. Leadbeater."

But I ask in light of the documents quoted by Gregory Tillett in his 
biography of Leadbeater and additional documents given in the past on 
Theos-Talk, how is it possible that CWL was born in 1847?

So far no one has ever given a convincing presentation as to why we 
should reasonably believe that CWL was born in 1847.
