That's an easy one! If the ideas a worthwhile it does not matter one bit 
the character of the person who came up with them. If the ideas are worthless, 
all the virtue in the world will not change that. So the fact that 
Leadbeater was a dreadful person does not pertain at all to his writings except for 
those instances where he claimed personal virtue in them.

I would rather read something interesting by a mass murderer than something 
boring by a good person.

And if the mass murderer has a good idea, I'm not going to reject the idea 
merely because he was so impolite as to leave a few dead bodies around.
