I don't know, but if you can give me any more info on this I would be 
interested to know.

There is a difference being simply being wrong to actually 
manufacturing and concocting data in experiments to fit your theory.

Any fraud by whomsoever should be exposed, it dosent matter who.

Can you please supply us with further info on what HBP said on the 
rotation of the planets and why you think it may be a fraud?
