Organizations and control go hand in hand. Welcome to Internet. That is why
organizations shun all independent internet maillists.
theosophical enthusiasts can now talk what we want without aligning with one
organization or none. I once heard that years ago there was a subtle
unsuccessful attempt by one of the organizatons to get control of the first
theosophical maillist on internet.
