Maybe they are risking to be killed but they are at least alive, while 
those who make a dogm from any writing, are already dead.
If the empty shells can say something new and interesting, then it's 
good to be empty - well, Buddhism teaches that nature of everything is 
emptiness. In that respect all shells are empty.
If they say anything old and boring, so there are not much difference 
between them and ordinary people.
