Mr. Caldwell's Still Under Cover

Friends,
Perhaps Mr. Caldwell would have the courage to stop hiding behind inuendos and state here that he considers Soloviof reliable. This is an invitation to him.l So far I haven't seen that courage. All I see is ambiguity, very much in line with Soloviof's strategy.
