REAL SCHOOL IS INNER

Marie,
Your message below is inspired. And it is inspiring.
Indeed, the real Esoteric School is not at the physical level and was not created by HPB in the 19th century. Your testimony is a living evidence about that.
The only true temple must be within the student's Mind and Heart, and it seems you can live that inner temple, Marie. That is something!
Hence, you feel and see the limitations of outer structures which try to refer students to the Real Thing, to Wisdom.
Outer, physical esoteric schools can only give -- at best -- some general guidelines and some stimulii for students. In some cases they may carry with them a high percentage of failure.
I infer that you may have abandoned a certain outer school ; but your heart never closed the inner door which that poor and most limited training may have helped you open.
Your posting below shows that the theosophical movement is not totally limited by outer institutions or corporations, although they have their role to play. The real movement is beyond those formal and limited tools.
Regards, Carlos.

In those meetings there were agendas that were carried out, without much discussion, or many meetings, not much meaningful discussions permitted because of the different grades of participants, that those meetings became dry and fruitless. All the many quotes and even your own thoughts on some of the quotes have been great food for my thoughts as well. This type of information has been very useful to me. Thank you for all your arduous contributions here.

Recognizing that all the virtues are interdependent and have to be practised simultaneously, we are now nearing the fruition of that attempt to concentrate without which no progress would so far have been made. On this Paramita Path, the further we go the harder the effort that is needed; and we are warned that the full cultivation of Dhyana needs the greatest effort on our part."
