Let me add. If anyone has any problem with any tax exempt organization's
activities especially their financial ones, they can complain to the
Secretary of State and SS has the powers and authority to look into it and
even shut it down. So long as the organization has operated in legal
conformity with their articles of incorporation and bylaws, no one in the
public has any legal recourse whatsoever.
