ULT based on no claims

Friends,

That the ULT works for the dissemination of basic theosophical principles and the preservation of the second section of the movement is not a great secret. So much so that it renounced being a corporation, or incorporated society.

This means no claim of occult status either for Robert Crosbie or for other ULT leaders.

The second section of the movement is no bureaucratic instance, as we have seen. Nothing important, in esoteric philosophy, can be assessed at the level of mere words and paper work. We have written about that.

As to organizations based on claims of apostolic succession, claims of Messiahship, claims of clairvoyance, claims of ccult status, claims of Initiations, and so on --- well, they must be better looked for and studied in Chennai, charge of Mrs. Radha Burnier. These things do not exist with the ULT.

But respect for truth is above 'winning' any argument. I must honestly say that Ms. Radha Burnier, just as her father N. Sri Ram, does not make claims herself. N. Sri Ram, I.K. Taimini, John Coats and then Radha (1978-1980) only inherited the 'situation' from the ones who did make claims, up to the early 1950s.

Examining "Theosophy" magazine's collection since 1912 should be enough to see the ULT makes no claims. Looking at the whole colection of "The Theosophist" (Adyar) is enough to see the amazing and unbalanced, wild claims made by Mrs. Besant and the "Bishop" Leadbeater.

As to the ULT, it works as a school of Theosophy and a federation of independent groups of students.

It only "claims" that it works for Theosophy.

It is more than enough. A task which is serious enough.

Regards, Carlos.
