Supposed "Attacks" 
on ULT and Robert Crosbie

Mr. Carlos Aveline from time to time refers to my supposed "attacks" 
on the ULT and Robert Crosbie.

Of course, he never gives specifics as to what he considers an
attack. And he doesn't deal with THE SUBSTANCE of the attacks or
criticisms.

For example, what particular statements have been made about ULT or
DES or Robert Crosbie that have been "false" or untrue? Can he name
one or two or three or four examples?

But as I have previously stated, I have ALSO criticized Leadbeater
and the Adyar TS since at least 1975.

So by Mr. Aveline's same remarkable "logic", I suppose I have also
been attacking the Adyar TS.

But I guess that my criticisms and questioning of Leadbeater may be
okay with Mr. Aveline, since he too likes to dish out criticisms on
Leadbeater, Besant and the Adyar TS.

As a student of the history of the Theosophical Movement, I am mainly
concerned with the truth or falsity of historical statements that
various ULT writers have made about the ULT, its origins, etc. and
the claims made by and for Robert Crosbie (the founder of the ULT).

The SAME for Adyar writers and their statements about the TS Adyar
and Mrs. Besant and Mr. Leadbeater, etc.

And THE SAME for other writers of other Theosophical groups.....

If I am really "attacking" the ULT, what is my motive for doing so?

Mr. Aveline has vaguely suggested my motive might be political or
that I have infiltrated the movement as some kind of Jesuit. 

Of course, apparently it suits Mr. Aveline's own theosophical 
purposes to keep all of these suggestions as vague as possible.

Maybe my real motive is to get at the truth, the facts whether it be 
about Adyar or ULT, Leadbeater or Crosbie or whatever topic it might 
be....

Previously on Theos-Talk I have recommended some of the excellent
publications of the Theosophy Co. And I do not denigrate
individual members of the ULT. In fact, the vast majority of them
are no doubt good and sincere people.

But I have raised some questions and issues that I assume certain ULT
associates including Mr. Aveline do like to hear about. Therefore it
is understandable that Mr. Aveline tries to devalue and discount my
observations and criticisms just as he has tried to desperately
discount and dismiss Dr. Tillett's observations about ULT.

My impression is that Mr. Aveline doesn't mind anyone asking hard
questions about the Adyar TS and Leadbeater but for reasons best
known to Mr. Aveline he doesn't want Carl Ek, Gregory Tillett or me
asking similarly hard questions and making frank observations about
the ULT and Crosbie.
