Carl,
Personal criticisms cannot change facts, or erase the bibliographical evidences I brought here, about the fact that "the theosophical movement has nothing to do with modern masonry", as HPB emphatically wrote in various and different ways and occasions.
As to the ML, that quote from a Master describes cerimonies as bubbles for babies. Facts are facts.
