Thank you Elden
The information you have provided has explained why my colored art attachments that I add to my post do not get through. Is there any way that these colored attachments which are all of occult themes can be moderated and then sent out to the Theos-talk group. Your statement that there needs to be a wider group of contributors and less personality comments about members individually is an important statement. Particularily since it is coming from one who has no doubt contributed much time and energy to see that the high and lofty ideals of Theosophy are realized. Thought and mental activity can be a useful tools if directed upward towards the intuitional plane of Buddi, but so to can art, poetry and music. Have Theos-talk participants ever shared information about what music they find inspiring?. Sound and the study of it on different levels can lead to many deep and esoteric revelations. Thank you for your contribution. It is comforting to know that behind the scenes
although unseen is a Compassionate and Loving - Silent Watcher. Let me end this short post with one of my favorite quotes from HPB. from The Voice of the Silence. Her words in my humble opinion are the apotheosis of occult science and mystical art fused.

"Now bend thy head and listen well, O Bodhisattva-
  -Compassion speaks and saith:
Can there be bliss when all that lives must suffer?
Shalt thou be saved and hear the whole world cry?:

Now thou hast heard that which was said.

Thou shalt attain the seventh step and cross the gate of final knowledge but only to wed woe - if thou would'st be Tathagata, follow upon thy predecessor's steps,
remain unselfish till the endless end.

Thou art enlightened - Choose thy way.

Behold, the mellow light that floods the Eastern sky.
In signs of praise both heaven and earth unite.
And from the four-fold manifested Powers a chant of love ariseth,
both from the flaming Fire and flowing Water,
and from the sweet-smelling Earth and rushing Wind.

Hark! ... from the deep unfathomable vortex of that golden light which the Victor bathes,
ALL NATURE'S wordless voice in thousand tones ariseth to proclaim:

JOY UNTO YE, O MEN OF MYALBA

A PILGRIM HATH RETURNED BACK "FROM THE OTHER SHORE."

  A NEW ARHAN IS BORN....

                      Peace to all beings

  The Voice of the Silence
Being extracts from the book of the Golden Precepts by H. P. Blavaksy

          Eldon, Friends,

Thanks to Eldon for the clarification.

As to my experience, I have observed that some messages get immediately into Theos-talk, while others may take several minutes, sometimes an hour or two. So they don't arrive at Theos-talk in the same order as one has sent them. I believe this is due to technical aspects pertaining to the internet itself. This difference in apparent speed is greater in some days than in others.

Carlos.
