Your blessing is appreciated but not necessary. My understanding is that Dhyan Chohans are agens of karmic and cosmic laws.  A Dhyan Chohan is an emanation of Divine Ideation, and is represented in Divine Thought an aspect of Divine Ideation.

According to the Doctrine of Heirarchies
every entity lives its life in the sphere of a greater being
every member of the Heirarchy is linked together
every being or every entity is part of the Divine Plan

"The assistance provided by the Dhyan Chohanic Kingdom has been demonstrated to be a vital necessity since it exists as a stabilising influence and power pervading each heirarchechal group of the manifested world."

The Dhyan Chohans are the intelligence side of life, they work with nature forces (the manifesting aspect of matter).  The forces are dual in nature
a) irrational brute energy - inherent in matter
b) the intellectual soul or cosmic consciousness that directs and guides that energy and which is the Dhyan Chohanic thought reflecting the Ideation of the Universal mind.  Ideas need something tangible to work with, i.e. matter.  Idea has no existence without matter.
