"... hints given by W.Q.J. during his life in regard to Crosbie...."

In the essay on Robert Crosbie recommended by Mr. Aveline, we read
the following assertion:
=============================================================
The hints given by W.Q.J. during his life in regard to Crosbie
were not grasped by those around him, who had what they fancied
to be their own positions.
============================================================
What are the primary sources on which this statement is based?
What "hints" were "given by W.Q.J."?
And to whom did he give these hints? Names please?
Who heard the "hints"?
And who knew that W.Q.J. gave these "hints"?
Where are the sources, the writings, by William Quan Judge
documenting what he said about Robert Crosbie?
Whose testimony are we to rely on for this statement?
As far as I can tell, this statement has no published documentation
to support it.
The documentation may be in an "attic" somewhere but I am unaware of
the primary source(s) for this statement.
