Daniel,

Can you tell us who did the "collating and compiling" of this Glossary based on Farthing's writings, which you publicized (see below) ? 

Or who, or which organization is responsible for the work?

Note that ULT texts are often anonymous; yet there is always an organization (Theosophy Co., or ULT) which takes responsibility for the work done. 

I hope this "Glossary" is not some pirate action involving G. Farthing's name. 
You know how many forgeries circulate nowadays!
