The theosophical movement must be a cross-cultural process, a process of vision with multiple viewpoints and frank discussions, as long as truthfulness (sincerity) is present. 

When the levels of sincerity decay, it is natural that hypocrisy strongly increases.

I ask: when did this happen?

My first task when working there as President was to clean house of all the lower psyhic clap trap and psuedo-spirituality that are attracted to the Theosophical energy but are unable or unwilling to make the commitment to its larger vision. I understand only to well the need of many Thesophist to get back to the original teachings and re-establish the core values. Some Theoshical lodges can often play a
