Daniel,

This is a simple question.
 
Will you tell us who did the "collating and compiling" of this 
Glossary, announced by you (see below) and which is said to be based 
on Geoffrey Farthing's writings? 
 
Or who, or which organization, if any,  is responsible for the work?
 
Note that ULT texts are often anonymous;  yet there is always an 
organization  (Theosophy Co., or the ULT) which takes responsibility 
for the work done.
