On fake letters

Cass,
I am not based on hearsay at all.
Algeo admits in his compilation that those letters have no originals, are of "poor legitimacy" etc.
I have made my case thoroughly -- and no one defends the authenticity of those fabrications, which, by the way, were announced as such by a Master in the Mahatma Letters!
I brought it all here more than once and will bring it again...
There is no doubt that Algeo has something in common with Prothagoras, besides living in a city named "Athens". Both are Sophists.
But I would say: each century, or millenium, has the Prothagoras that it deserves... :)
Carlos.

It is not all in one letter -- it is scaterred along some 2O percent of the "HPB Letters Authentic and Fake", published by John Algeo, after he stole John Cooper's research work.
