  Thanks for posting your viewpoint and suggestions on this important topic. 
We should all try to have some view on this no matter how small or limited it 
may be, it is a contribution to the Forum. I also in reading your point about 
an Attorney proceeding on basis of consignment saw a possibility of recovery 
at least in part if he/she were successful in the action and since the 
principal attention is upon the Collected Correspondence Rights, perhaps the profit 
and or Royalties can be assigned for deposit to cover legal fee's when a Court 
makes Award. THP is a United States Registered Corporation I think that would 
have some consideration.
