Below is the policy as given by John Cooper:
"...All letters written by H.P.B. will be included [in the volumes of
HPB's "Collected Letters"]. These will INCLUDE letters whose
authenticity is doubtful...." caps added.
This policy stated by Cooper was followed by Algeo and is supported by
Tillett.
Now it appears that Aveline agrees with this policy. ??
