Just erase what you don't want to appear in the posting you are 
sending. Maybe there is some automatic way to do this, I don't know. 
Manually deleting it takes a little longer but then subscribers like 
Jake don't receive these extremely long message with all that extra

Thank you, Daniel. But I was also wondering how you refer to entire previous posts that appear in highlighted blue with post numbers in some of your posts. This seems to me an efficient way to refer to an entire post, and sometimes I can see the benefit of doing that as well. How do you accomplish that?
