   Thanks for your response and amplifications, they are appreciated. May I 
say I am quite ignorant of Masonic matters and due to my deficiency I was left 
to my logical assumptions? I assumed that some form of formal Masonic 
qualification and direct interactions were a requirement for the "Warrant" or 
"Investiture" of the "Ranks?" of her Masonic Diploma. How that actually performs in 
her case I have no idea but it seems more is unknown here of what mandated the 
"Investment." If you could elaborate;

I for one would very much like to hear your basis for the view if you would 
be so kind and are allowed.

  It is distinctly a possibility H.P.B. and Yarker corresponded, she id write 
about the Three Ancient Lodges of Masonry which are pointed to in the R.O.O. 
you posted. Why I asked about the dates and Yarker was I wondered if the 
source you quoted may not have had an accurate complete knowledge, so I asked about 
that.
