Yes, this is how I use the word "claim" too.

I believe that HPB made certain claims and there
is evidence to back those claims up.

But apparently Carlos wants to redefine "claim" and alot of
other words, too!  

Actually some of his postings here on Theos-Talk remind me of some 
communications I have had with some Leadbeater and Bailey advocates!!
