OUR COMMON GROUND

Friends,

I would like to invite all sincere theosophists in this list to avoid groundless and sourceless versions about the origins of this of that Esoteric School or theosophical groups in general.

These versions usually belong to previous decades, when acute misunderstandings created gossips and made them circulate.

Time has not passed in vain, one would hope.

The agenda today is -- how the movement can come together and go ahead again, in cooperation, with a respectful attitude towards differences, provided that the basic and fundamental Philosophy is accepted and the central goal of Universal Brotherhood is sought for.
There is no need for us to help those who sow dissent.

Statements with a clear and solid source are naturally different from groundless 'versions'. But even in this case, a recognitiion of the common ground between all groups which study HPB should be preserved, as my invitation goes.

Regards, Carlos Cardoso Aveline, from Brazil.
