One comment: as I remarked earlier, some text properties were lost.
That could be avoided, if you'd copy from CD edition into the 
clipboard, paste into MS Word and then save in html format.
Also the title field contained the text "untitled document", while it 
should contain the name of article. It would make search more easy.

I hope you shall be able to make these improvements for the next 
version of online edition. It is not improbable that the problem with 
TPH could be solved by peaceful means.
