As the theosophical.ca webmaster is not subscribed to this list I 
sent him your question and here is his answer: 

"Inasmuch as all of missing Adyar Pamphlets are now available to 
scan, proof-read and install - the missing ones will be posted before 
Christmas. They will be posted as they were published - and without 
additions or revisions as assumed by those who do not know or care to 
go to the source of the work preparation.

There has been an emphasis at http://www.theosophical.ca on 
completing "Theosophical Siftings" and this will be done by the end 
of October most likely. After having installed the missing Adyar 
Pamphlets, we will start on with all of the 20 "Lucifer" volumes."
