BELOW (scroll all the way down) I give bibliographical information
about the title you mentioned. This is a rare title. Probably
available at very large Theosophical libraries.
I think I once saw this title at the Pasadena TS Library.
It is definitely listed in the catalog for the Henry S. Olcott
Library at Theosophical Society in America, Wheaton, Illinois.
