The reason I asked your opinion about whether the ULT's Esoteric 
School was to be considered a "secret society" or an "esoteric 
school" is because a correspondent wrote me earlier this morning 
wondering what my "take" was on this distinction of yours and how it 
applied to the DES and one other esoteric group. 

I told him that in light of your definitions, etc., the ULT's 
Esoteric School would be classified as a "secret society" like the 
Egyptian Rite.  And gave him some real life examples. Since you made 
this distinction, I was interested to know how you would classify 
Robert Crosbie's Esoteric School.

You also write:

I'm somewhat puzzled by your comment.  Why would you even think that 
these revelations would be depressing to me??  Funny that this would 
even cross your mind.  I have no emotional reaction to 
this "revelation" since it isn't a revelation, at least not to me.
