Sometimes you are really accurate.

You are quite right in saying:

And I underline: "her esoteric students". 

As long as I know, Daniel, you are not Blavatsky, and internet readers are not Blavatsky's esoteric students. 

HPB never allowed such photos to be published, let alone be put into the internet.  

So, while universal truths are the same in the year 1890 or a thousand years later, the PRIVATE use of those portraits by pledged members of an authentic esoteric school in 1890 has nothing to do with distributing them in the internet in 2006, for the general public to relate to those now outdated and desmagnetized portraits as if they were the portraits of "Jesus" or "Elvis". 

I underline: desmagnetized. Sorry to let you know that. 

Anyway, I am not sure you are helping the movement by downgrading the idea of Mahatmas, as if Adepts were Adepts at the physical level,  which they wrote and said they are not. 

"Elvis did not die"??  

Why not publishing Elvis Presley's portraits in your websites,  and leaving the Adepts alone for a change? 

I make this proposition/suggestion sincerely.  I hope in the future you will take the idea into serious consideration.
