Dear Carlos;
A great point! Theosophy has nothing to do with personalities, but 
with the teachings to bring us to higher levels.
For a certain part it shows here how people stay hanging in the 
lower aspect of lower mind activity, where they work for personal 
respectation or adoration or in the worst case for moneymaking.
