 Actually, as the yahoo group originates in the US, every posting is covered by US law, and that means that it does not matter where the person lives.  And the NSA does not concern itself with such things.  It has more important fish to fry.  And it would not matter if it did care.  Nothing has been said that violates US law, on the contrary, it is protected speech and interference with it by any agency WOULD be a violation of the law.

You seem to imply that the "Bureau", NSA and similar agencies 
always abide by formal law in all questions of security. NOT 
QUITE. 

Besides, this would not be necessarily a question to be dealt with 
under USA law. 

Where does the SS corporal live? Legally, the problem would be 
located where he lives.
