Friends, 

Cass says: 

"Movements are opinion based."  

The sentence means that, in Cass opinion,  there were no FACTS behind the creation of the theosophical movement in 1875. ( It was "hot air" as Don Chuck the Ortodox of Skepticism would say.)  

But then -- that's only CASS OPINION.
