Daniel Caldwell should know what he is talking about, since he tampered with his own book on HPB, the so-called "The Esoteric World...".  He did a lot of changes (for the worse) in the second edition of the book, without acknowledging them until Mark Jacqua denounced the fact a few days ago here at Theos-talk.  Mark said the book, in its "second edition" is quite another book.
