"until the laws which govern rebirth are given..."

Many of these problems are intrinsically tied up with the past, and
until the laws which govern rebirth are given to the world it is
difficult for me even to explain the processes governing physical
inheritance, karmic results, and also what is called retributive karma.
The recognition of the subtler forms of disease, and the aid of the
psychologist in collaboration with orthodox medicine (which undoubtedly
has its place, as, for instance, in the administration of glandular
correctives), plus right hygienic handling from childhood onward, will
accomplish much and gradually stamp out the mental and brain diseases
which are today so numerous and so distressing.

Dear Group,
I am writing this post by way of introduction to the laws of rebirth. I
have been finding quotes from Bailey books to share what this group
interested in the teachings of Blavatsky and Bailey might accomplish in
terms of science, the creation of a new science and/or integration and
making it understandable to the world.
I have spent 35 years researching, using the scientific method to give
the laws of rebirth to myself and to those who will know and benefit
from their enumeration. My last chapter in the book is entitled "The 55
Laws of Rebirth." I came up with 55 laws although I could have come up
with more or less than 55 laws. But I do believe that they cover the
evidence I gathered in order to put them together.
After writing the book and putting the laws and methodology together to
my surprise I realised that this is a science because it follows the
scientific method. I talk about this in that same chapter. We are
dealing with science here and not hearsay.
