Yes, the SPR Withdrew Its Charges...

Daniel,

All this is well-known.

The SPR as such, formally never comdemned HPB as a fraud, nor made any fraud charges againstd her;  so both the charges against HPB and their removal were and are INFORMAL.

The informal charges and slanders were informally abandoned and withdrawn in 1986.
