Scientists say Arctic once was tropical

I just saw the news item that scientists have come to the conclusion that
Arctic was once tropical. It should be no surprise to to readers of SD.
Scientists theorize that Arctic may have frozen due to climatic conditions.
SD explains it due to shifting of earth's axis with is a very simple
explanation. Keep tuned. One of these days scientists may confirm the
correctness of SD statement on this issue.
