THEOSOPHY, PAST AND FUTURE

Dear Friends,

I know this is not the case with Carlos Paterson. Yet I know a variety of theosophists who use to denounce HPB's books as being "too old" and "belonging to the past". After all, they say, it has been more than one century since the Secret Doctrine was published.

Then they tipically renounce Theosophy and go to the Liberal Catholic Church, or to the Roman Catholic Church, and end up reading the Bible and the New Testament, which are some 15 to 25 centuries older than HPB's Theosophy, and whose New Testament but plagiarizes some other Scriptures and religious myths of the past (Egyptian, Greek, Roman, etc.)

Fortunaltely, Esoteric philosophy is not about Shopping Mall novelties or last minute fashion.
It is about a wisdom previous to OUR mankind. A wisdom which will never abandon us.

Best regards, Carlos Cardoso Aveline.
