Why the question? 

Capricorn gives Piscis a structure and ambition, the ability to work for the dream, on Earth.  
Piscis gives Capricorn the means to freely float in the Ocean of the Universe. 
Capricon gives Piscis a clearer notion of Duty as a source of peace. 
Piscis gives Capricorn the ability to transcend form. 
One is Metaphysics. The other is the Practice of the Precepts. 
There is a sextile (a nice aspect) between the two signs. 
Combine them properly and you have the Head on Heaven and the Feet on Earth.
