Chuck,

Perhaps the mental radiation emanating from your own thoughts on democratization and spread of atomic bombs is making it difficult for you to realize that I do not have, nor want to have, any power mechanism by which I would  be able to forbid people to say what they think.

I do not have, and do not want to have, any such power mechanism.

Yet I have the liberty to say and to write what I feel and think. 

Which, by the way, is a nice thing to have.
